1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fu9 website or any fu9 service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the fu9 platform and close any account you have registered with us.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or services offered by fu9. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific product or promotion rules, the specific rules will take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the fu9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. fu9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fu9 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not knowingly permit access to any person under this age.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) acting on your own behalf. Use of the platform on behalf of another person, or through automated means, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on fu9 or on any other platform with which fu9 maintains a self-exclusion sharing arrangement.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information at the time of registration and keep that information current at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, or close family member of any employee of fu9 or its affiliated companies. fu9 employees are prohibited from holding player accounts.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account on fu9. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and have access to.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fu9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify fu9 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by a third party or if your login credentials have been compromised in any way. Contact our support team at [email protected].
• fu9 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and verification of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. fu9 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a player's failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner.

fu9 will communicate with registered players using the mobile number provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that the mobile number linked to your account remains current and that you have access to it. fu9 will never contact you by any channel to request your account password.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

fu9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on fu9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your fu9 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. fu9 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. fu9 does not charge withdrawal fees on winnings.
• fu9 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and fu9 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at any time with notice.
• Deposits made using payment methods that belong to a third party are prohibited. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. fu9 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from third-party deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). fu9 will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe once all verification requirements have been satisfied. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method.

fu9 may, at its absolute discretion, delay or decline a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, fu9 may freeze the relevant account balance pending an investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fu9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general terms set out below.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotional terms of each offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• fu9 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. fu9 also reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence that a player has attempted to abuse a promotion or exploit a technical error.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player. Only one bonus may be active on a fu9 account at any given time unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• fu9 does not offer bonuses to players who have opted into a self-exclusion programme or who have active deposit limits that restrict their ability to wager. Responsible gaming measures take precedence over promotional eligibility in all cases.

6. Responsible Gaming

fu9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that gambling should be a source of entertainment and not a cause of financial hardship or personal distress. fu9 provides every registered player with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and a formal self-exclusion programme. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fu9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

• Using any software, algorithm, robot, script, or other automated tool to interact with the fu9 platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including (but not limited to) communicating game states, coordinating betting patterns, or sharing account access with another person.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the relevant account suspended.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on fu9. fu9 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Opening more than one account on fu9, whether using the same personal details or different ones. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and combined balances forfeited.

fu9 employs fraud detection systems that monitor player activity for patterns consistent with prohibited behaviour. We reserve the right to conduct investigations and to take proportionate action, up to and including permanent account closure, where prohibited activities are identified or reasonably suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fu9 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, is the property of fu9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fu9 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fu9 content without the prior written consent of fu9.

9. Limitation of Liability

fu9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates correctly and continuously, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Planned maintenance windows and unexpected outages may occur. fu9 will endeavour to minimise disruption to players and to communicate scheduled downtime in advance wherever possible.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

fu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited by the player and not derived from bonus abuse or prohibited activities will be returned to the player following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false information during registration, or engaging in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7.
• fu9 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, and is required by law or by a competent authority to take action.
• The player has requested account closure under the fu9 self-exclusion programme, in which case the account will be closed immediately and the player will be prevented from reopening an account for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen.

11. Amendments to These Terms

fu9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, fu9 will notify registered players via a notice displayed on the platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to protect the security of the platform or its users.

Your continued use of the fu9 platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions becomes effective will constitute your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not wish to be bound by amended terms, you must stop using the fu9 platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
